Mr. Coleman
My name is Damitrius Coleman. I'm a 2nd Grade Teacher at Benjamin E. Mays IB World School. I've taught at Benjamin E. Mays since 2019. I received my Bachelors Degree from Bethune-Cookman University. I later retained my Master's Degree in Education from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
My inspiration to become a teacher comes from my love of kids and coaching! Coaching and teaching go hand and hand. I want to be in a position to create change within the community as well as provide a positive role model for all our young voices.
