Hello families!

My name is Ms. Jess and I have been an occupational therapist in St. Paul Schools since 2021. I have been working with children my whole life and knew that being a school-based OT was my calling and passion! I absolutely adore working with children and families to create a learning environment and support the development of skills that support participation, function, and engagement, so children can live their school lives to the fullest. School, after all, is one of a child's main occupations! I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with the Benjamin E. Mays community. 

I believe the best way to support our young scholars is through a collaborative team approach that builds trust and community! Family is the biggest piece of a well functioning team. I rely on family members and caregivers to educate me about my students so I can best support their development of skills necessary to be successful throughout the school day.
