Ms. Melanie Aggen

My name is Melanie Aggen and I am an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teacher here at Benjamin E Mays IB World School. I have worked here since 2021, and have been a part of St. Paul Public Schools since 2004. I became an ECSE teacher because I enjoy helping students grow and gain confidence in their abilities. I enjoy getting to know my students and their families and find so much joy when a child reaches a goal. 

I live in St. Paul with my young son and enjoy spending time outdoors and doing just about any craft project in my free time.
