    In order to maintain ownership of any Google Drive files created in SPPS Apps, you must export your files from your SPPS Apps / Google Drive account and import them to a personal Google Drive account. To avoid data charges, this process must be done on a computer with an Internet connection, and should not be done on a smart phone or other mobile device.

    1. Create a personal Gmail account. Click HERE for directions.

    3. Click HERE to learn how to unzip the file exported in #2 above and import your files to a personal Google Drive account (follow steps 2 & 3).

    Use Google Takeout to export all of your SPPS Apps documents, contacts, calendars, emails, and more in a single file.  To avoid data charges, this process must be done on a computer with an Internet connection, and should not be done on a smart phone or other mobile device.  These are video tutorials, double-click on the video to view as full-size.
